🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot security network devices including

  Palo Alto Firewalls, switches

  , and other security/networking tools.
• Deep understanding of

  information security concepts

  , firewall policies, intrusion detection & prevention systems, TCP/IP protocols, log monitoring, and event reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and senior teams during

  critical incidents or major network outages

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, and other Cisco networking devices

  .
• Perform detailed analysis to identify

  root causes

  of network issues.
• Work with various

  network & infrastructure security technologies

  including firewalls, access control, IDS/IPS.

⭐ Required Skills

• Palo Alto Firewall
• Cisco / Meraki / Catalyst devices
• IDS / IPS
• Network Security Concepts
• TCP/IP & related networking protocols
• Log Management & Monitoring
• Strong Troubleshooting & RCA skills

✨ Good To Have

• Experience in enterprise-scale security environments
• Certifications like

  CCNA / CCNP / PCNSE

  (preferred but not mandatory)
