Primary Focus: Imperva Data Activity Monitoring (DAM)

Data Security

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Security – Imperva DAM:

• Deploy, manage, and fine-tune

  Imperva DAM

  solutions to protect sensitive data across enterprise environments.
• Develop and implement DAM policies to monitor and audit database activity effectively.
• Analyze DAM logs for anomalies and suspicious behavior, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DAM integration with broader security architecture.

2. Threat Intelligence (TI):

• Utilize threat intelligence platforms such as

  Cyble, FortiRecon, CloudSEK

  , and others.
• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on experience

  in threat intelligence is required.
• Strong understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

• Note:

  Please do not submit candidates with only SOC experience—this role requires demonstrated TI expertise.

3. Threat Hunting:

• Conduct proactive threat hunting based on hypotheses and intelligence leads.
• Develop custom detection content (e.g., IOCs, queries, rules).
• Investigate suspicious behavior using advanced analytics and threat data.
• Translate

  OSINT

  and TI data into meaningful hunt and detection strategies.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Cloud Security:

  Deep knowledge of attack vectors, defense mechanisms, and log analysis across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• On-Premise Security:

  Strong understanding of infrastructure attacks, defense strategies, and logging best practices.

• Incident Response & Forensics:

  Proven experience handling advanced security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and understanding OS internals.

• APT Knowledge:

  Ability to analyze advanced persistent threats and turn open-source intelligence into practical detection use cases.

• Data Analytics:

  Skilled in analyzing large data sets to derive security insights and support hunting/investigation efforts.
