Chief Executive Officer - Consumer

Our Client is a high-growth, consumer-focused company. As they enter our next phase of growth and transformation, they are looking for a dynamic and strategic CEO to lead the organization, drive operational excellence, scale the business, and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the company’s vision, mission, and strategy in alignment with investor goals and consumer market trends.
• Build and lead a high-performance leadership team; foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability.
• Own full P&L responsibility; drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on capital.
• Work closely with private equity investors and the Board to report on key metrics, business plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate new market opportunities, M&A targets, or category expansion based on evolving consumer behavior.
• Lead digital transformation, supply chain optimization, product innovation, and customer engagement efforts.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management processes are in place.
• Be the face of the company externally – with customers, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years

  of leadership experience in consumer-focused businesses – FMCG, D2C, retail, or consumer tech.
• Proven experience in a

  CEO, MD, COO, or business head role

  , ideally in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
• Strong

  Private Equity exposure

  – either as an operator working closely with PE investors or as an executive within a PE portfolio company.
• Candidates with a background in

  top-tier strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)

  and transition to operating roles are welcome.
• Strong track record of driving strategic transformations, scaling businesses, and delivering sustainable EBITDA growth.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including boards, investors, and cross-functional teams.
• MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred.
