Chief Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality engineering and be able to lead our engineering team to success.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement effective engineering strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospitality engineering, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies, including engineering management systems.
