Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Chief Engineer in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.
