Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

Oversee and manage all maintenance operations of the hotel, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Supervise, train, and evaluate the engineering and maintenance team.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance, utilities, and capital projects.

Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.

Maintain proper records of equipment, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
