Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Engineer at The Den, Bengaluru. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel. This includes managing a team of engineers, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are maintained and functioning efficiently, and implementing effective maintenance policies. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Expertise in HVAC systems and building automation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
