Job Description

Managing the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial plans, all statutory reporting for the organization.
Overall supervision of the company’s day to day functioning of the Accounts and Finance functions including MIS, Audit, Taxation, Corporate affairs, in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards
Designing business plans and strategies for maximizing profitability, analyzing current performance, preparing business model, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Providing sound financial support and insights to enable to make critical business decisions, Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board.
Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice.
Dealing with Banks and Financial Institution for day to day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities.
Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
Interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance
Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements.
Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc.
Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.
