Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Partie role based in Indore. The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes as per the menu, mentoring and training junior chefs, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain operational efficiency. • Experience in managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring food safety

• Relevant certifications in culinary arts and a passion for creating high-quality cuisine
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
