Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. GSA (Guest Service Associate) located in Indore. The Sr. GSA will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, managing guest queries and concerns, coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation, and contributing to an enhanced guest experience. Daily tasks will include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services, hospitality management, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with hotel management software and other relevant technologies
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
