As a Chef De Partie, the individual will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within their assigned section. The role involves managing and training junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu planning and inventory management. The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for maintaining consistency in food preparation and assisting in the development of new recipes. Qualifications Extensive culinary skills, including knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating Experience in crafting menus and creating innovative dishes Strong leadership and team training abilities for managing junior kitchen staff Excellent organizational skills to manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Relevant culinary certification or equivalent experience; additional training in specialized cuisines is a plus
