Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie Bakery with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the bakery team to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in bakery operations, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to quality control.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
