Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie-Asian to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and cooking, with excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality Asian dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Ensure all food meets the highest quality standards before service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in an Asian cuisine setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
