Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie-Asian to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Asian cuisine and be able to prepare high-quality dishes.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook Asian dishes, including stir-fries, curries, and noodle dishes.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an Asian restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as woks, stir-fryers, and blenders.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
