Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and culinary arts, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain consistency in quality and service.
Maintain inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring minimal waste and optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of Western cuisine, including menu planning and execution.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable dining experiences.
