• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in difficult situations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work well and handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism

Salary - 34k Ctc
