Salary: ₹21,000 + ₹2,600 Travel Allowance
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year(BANKING EXPERIANCE )
Job Description:
Chat process (email & non-voice).
Handle queries from LEA, Bank & Payment Gateway via chat/email.
Review customer data & report suspicious activities.
Escalate fraud or risk cases when required.
Maintain accuracy & timely responses.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel (SQL is a plus).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24×7).
