Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT). Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
