Job Objective To support B2B client queries through calls, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to client queries via calls, chat, and email, providing accurate and timely solutions. Review and moderate content to maintain the quality and accuracy of information on our website and reports. Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth functioning of our online listings and advertisement products. Learn and understand key processes, including service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Achieve productivity and quality targets for client communications. Demonstrate product features and resolve client queries through email or calls. Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
