Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive cost-efficiency across production cycles. This role demands a deep understanding of industrial accounting, taxation, and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & ReportingPrepare and present financial statements in compliance with IGAAP.Monitor day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and inventory valuation.Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.Taxation & ComplianceHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.Cost & Management AccountingAnalyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.Implement standard costing and variance analysis.Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with manufacturing KPIs.Audit & Internal ControlsConduct internal audits to assess financial and operational risks.Strengthen internal control systems across departments.Ensure accurate asset capitalization and depreciation tracking.

Strategic Financial Planning
Assist in CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for new projects.Evaluate financial feasibility of expansion or automation initiatives.Support decision-making with financial modeling and scenario analysis

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) mandatory.
4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Cost Accounting (preferably in Manufacturing, Chemical, Ethanol FMCG, Automotive, or similar sectors).Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, Ind AS / IFRS, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
