💡 Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance, and must be willing to work in the night shift supporting international operations.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
✅ Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
✅ Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
✅ Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
✅ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting and audits.
✅ Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
✅ Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
✅ Communicate effectively with international clients and management teams.
🎓 Required Qualifications
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
✅ 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP systems.
✅ Knowledge in QuickBooks is an added advantage.
✅ Willingness to work in the night shift.
