We are looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong accounting expertise to join our professional team.

👉 This is an on-site position at our Kochi office.

🔑 Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Management and Accounts Receivable.

📝 Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee overall Accounting & Finance operations

✅ Manage Accounts Management and Accounts Receivable functions

✅ Handle financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records

✅ Prepare & review Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and Forecasts

✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

✅ Coordinate with internal & external auditors during audits

✅ Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

✅ Develop & implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives

✅ Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficiency

✅ Liaise with US-based clients and stakeholders for financial matters

✅ Provide financial advice and recommendations to management

✅ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

🎯 Key Requirements

✅ Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial Reporting

✅ Proven experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Management

✅ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with US clients

✅ Ability to manage a team effectively and meet deadlines

✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strategic thinker

✅ Familiarity with Compliance, Taxation & Audit processes

📚 Qualifications

🎓 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or Equivalent

📌 Experience: 5+ years in Accounts & Finance, including 2+ years in a Team Lead role
