Manager- Finance & Accounts

As a Manager Finance & Accounts at Syriac CPA, your role will involve overseeing financial operations with a strong focus on Accounts Management and Accounts Receivable. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing overall Accounting & Finance operations - Managing Accounts Management and Accounts Receivable functions - Handling financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in records - Preparing & reviewing Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and Forecasts - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies - Coordinating with internal & external auditors during audits - Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making - Developing & implementing financial strategies aligned with business objectives - Leading and mentoring the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficiency - Liaising with US-based clients and stakeholders for financial matters - Providing financial advice and recommendations to management - Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Key Requirements: - Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial Reporting - Proven experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Management - Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with US clients - Ability to manage a team effectively and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strategic thinker - Familiarity with Compliance, Taxation & Audit processes Qualifications: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or Equivalent - Experience: 5+ years in Accounts & Finance, including 2+ years in a Team Lead role Syriac CPA is an established CPA firm with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, serving clients for more than 20 years.
