Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end accounting functions including finalization of accounts, audits, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns including Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Manage treasury operations including cash flow planning, fund management, and banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Companies Act.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
Implement and strengthen internal controls and processes across finance operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and senior leadership on financial matters.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting standards, and corporate compliance.
Hands-on experience in handling audits, finalization of accounts, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and work under tight deadlines.
