Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and manage high-budget campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads , ensuring technical accuracy in tracking, targeting, bidding, and reporting. Use scripts and automation tools (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, Facebook Automated Rules) to streamline campaign management processes. Implement and maintain tracking codes, pixels, and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta Ads to ensure data accuracy. Integrate Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and other tracking platforms to streamline data flows and improve reporting accuracy. Troubleshoot and debug tracking or conversion issues, ensuring that all campaign data is captured correctly. Use tools like Google Analytics , Google Data Studio , and Tableau to build customized performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams. Analyze campaign performance, identify technical bottlenecks, and make recommendations for campaign adjustments. Dive deep into campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, and others) to make data-driven decisions for optimization. Implement advanced automation techniques within Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics to reduce manual tasks and enhance optimization efforts. Develop and maintain automated workflows for campaign optimizations, reporting, and bid adjustments. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that campaign designs are implemented correctly and meet performance goals. Work with client-facing teams to translate technical metrics into actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance. Optimize campaigns for budget allocation, targeting, and bidding based on performance data. Ensure the proper configuration of Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and other advertising platforms. Troubleshoot any issues related to campaign delivery, ad approval, or budget discrepancies. Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong technical focus. Proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns of 5 crores or more annually on Google Ads and Meta Ads . Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager , Google Analytics , and Facebook Pixel for tracking setup and implementation. Proficiency in Google Ads Scripts , Facebook Ads Automation Rules , and bid management tools. Strong understanding of tracking pixels , server-side tracking , and UTM parameters . Google certification will be and added advantage. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML) for tracking, automation, and advanced customizations within ad platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics , Google Data Studio , and Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation). Google Ads Certified, Facebook Blueprint Certification, and any other relevant performance marketing certifications are highly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in ad campaigns, data tracking, and integrations, ensuring smooth and optimized campaign delivery. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail when working with tracking codes, scripts, and budget allocations. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical data in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and stakeholders efficiently.
