Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of financial processes and internal controls, identifying areas for improvement. Provide guidance on tax planning and compliance, ensuring all tax returns are prepared accurately and submitted on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies to optimize workflows and mitigate risks. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Professional Chartered Accountant certification (CA). 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations. Expertise in financial analysis and reporting. Preferred Experience with audit processes and risk management frameworks. Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
