Your Impact You will work with the Corporate Tax Team based in our Gurgaon office. This team is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the firms corporate tax returns across all countries where we operate, as well as the preparation of statutory financial statements for these jurisdictions. The team also manages the firms corporate tax position, including transfer pricing arrangements, and coordinates responses to corporate tax audits. In this internal, non-client-facing role, you will be part of the US tax function, which consists of 5-6 team members and operates as a subset of the Corporate Tax Team. The role requires experience in managing offshore teams responsible for tax provision accounting and reporting, along with the ability to support and oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tax provision process. You will prepare tax provision computations, including current and deferred tax, for the consolidated US GAAP financial statements.
