Role Overview: You will be joining a well-established Chartered Accountant firm based in Kolkata, with a history dating back to 1986. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking partners in various states across the country to join our team of four existing partners. Our vision is to emerge as one of the most promising and professionally managed Chartered Accountant firms in the next decade. To realize this vision, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to our partners at every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the existing partners to manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality financial services. - Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies for clients. - Conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's presence. Qualifications Required: - A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - Prior experience in a similar role at a reputable firm is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
