Chartered Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) with 4 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will manage core financial operations, ensure compliance, support business strategy, and contribute to financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Conduct budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end accounting functions, including AP/AR, GL, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings.
• Maintain accuracy of financial records as per accounting standards.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage daily cash flow, banking operations, and fund availability.
• Monitor working capital, liquidity, and investment planning.

Process Improvement

• Implement and enhance internal controls and financial processes.
• Support automation initiatives for accounting and reporting.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and growth plans.
• Provide financial modeling and risk assessment for new projects or investments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 4+ years in finance, accounting, audit, or FP&A roles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
