Web Design Specialist

As an experienced Web Design Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, you will be joining our dynamic team and utilizing your strong background in front-end technologies and design tools. Your primary responsibility will be translating UI/UX designs into functional, reusable web components to ensure responsive and visually appealing web interfaces. You will design and implement high-quality web interfaces using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and SASS. Additionally, you will leverage Bootstrap (latest version) for building responsive, mobile-first web projects and Angular Material and Bootstrap for implementing and theming web applications. Working with Angular (version 14 and onward), you will create dynamic, modular, and reusable design components. Collaboration with UI/UX design teams to translate designs from Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools into code will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will optimize web components for scalability, responsiveness, and reusability, managing design components using Git for version control and collaborative development. Developing and configuring Webpack for efficient bundling and module management will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for all web pages and maintaining existing websites while adhering to web standards and modern best practices will round out your tasks. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of proven experience in web design and front-end development. Expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and SASS is essential for web styling and layout, along with strong experience in Bootstrap (latest version) for responsive design. Proficiency in Angular Material and Angular (14+), including theming and component creation, is also required. Knowledge of JavaScript for interactivity and component development is a plus, while familiarity with TypeScript is preferred for working within Angular projects. Experience working with modern front-end build tools like Webpack and version control systems, especially Git, is necessary. Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design handoff tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is also important. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of responsive web design principles and familiarity with TypeScript for Angular projects. It would be advantageous to have a basic understanding of backend integration for a holistic web design approach and experience with collaborative project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
