About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing and reputable player in the real estate sector, known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant to join their finance team and support their continued growth and financial integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise profitability reports.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.Conduct regular project cost reviews, ensuring proper allocation of expenditures and adherence to budgets.Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and working capital management.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, etc.Handle statutory and internal audits, liaising with auditors and consultants.Manage banking relationships and oversee loan disbursements and repayments.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial best practices tailored to real estate operations.Key RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.Strong knowledge of real estate accounting standards, project accounting, and compliance frameworks including RERA.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).Solid understanding of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.Preferred AttributesHigh attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest process improvements.Familiarity with ERP implementations is a plus.CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Performance-based incentives.Additional benefits as per company policy.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume to hrslg@fly2infinity.com with the subject line “Application for Chartered Accountant – Real Estate”.
