Key Responsibilities

📘 Accounting Operations

• Manage accounts receivable, payable, and reconciliation processes.
• Drive accurate monthly and quarterly book closures.

💰 Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with direct & indirect taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities for statutory audits and filings.

🏢 Fixed Assets & Reporting

• Oversee capitalization, depreciation, and verification of fixed assets.
• Prepare MIS, financial statements, and variance reports for management.

👥 Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance team for performance and capability enhancement.
• Ensure strong internal controls and ERP-driven financial practices.
  

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA)

✔️ 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

✔️ Strong expertise in audits, taxation, and statutory compliance

✔️ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally)

✔️ Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
