Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Building & Infrastructure Projects

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Immediate Joining Preferred)

Experience Required: 5–12 years (Preference to candidates with Government Infrastructure / Building Construction background)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

• Manage complete accounts for building & infrastructure projects.
• Prepare stock statements, project-wise reconciliations, and MIS reports.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation and maintain project-wise financial records.
• Preparation and management of Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit (LCs), and liaisoning with banks.

Taxation & Compliance

• End-to-end handling of GST working, multi-state GST reconciliation & filing.
• Manage TDS deductions & returns.
• Represent company in GST office queries, audits, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and statutory filings.

Audit & Reporting

• Coordinate for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and responses to auditors.
• Submit timely reports to Directors / Senior Chartered Accountant.

Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and mentor the accounts team.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, and Govt. Authorities for finance-related matters.
• Draft financial correspondence with banks, vendors, and departments.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot, MIS automation).
• Experience in Tally / ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 5+ years (with strong exposure in Government Infrastructure / Building Construction projects).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, multi-state compliance, and audit handling.
• Experience in Bank Guarantees, LCs, and liaisoning with financial institutions.
• Excellent drafting & correspondence skills.
• Willing to travel as required for project or compliance purposes.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Ability to report directly to Directors or Senior CA.

Preferred Profile:

• CA with Government Infrastructure/CPWD/PSU project background.
• Can independently manage GST, audits, and banking matters.
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach to finance & compliance.
• Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
