Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and manage both long-term and short-term fund requirements.
Optimize working capital levels and cash flow by ensuring timely tracking and monitoring.
Prepare and finalize financial statements, including the
Balance Sheet
and
Profit & Loss Statement
.
Oversee internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Generate and analyze
MIS reports
for management to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
Monitor and improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Finance is an added advantage.
1618 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the
engineering and construction industry
.
Strong expertise in cash flow management, fund planning, and financial reporting.
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience in preparing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and MIS reports.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
