Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's accounting and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal controls, processes, and procedures.
• Advise management on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and provide insights into key financial metrics.
• Work with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and financial improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to handle complex financial transactions.
• Experience in handling audits and tax filings.
