Role Description

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to serve as Director for Bhionix Group. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing strategic financial guidance, and managing audits and risk assessments. The candidate will also contribute to budget planning, financial reporting, and decision-making processes, collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with a strong understanding of financial management and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in risk assessment, auditing, and regulatory compliance related to both international and local financial standards.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills, with experience in guiding companies toward profitable growth.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in tools for financial analysis and management.
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration across diverse teams and leadership levels.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
