Channel Sales Manager

Job Description – Channel Sales Manager (Real Estate) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to lead and manage our channel partner network in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants to drive sales and achieve business targets. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and expand the channel partner network to achieve sales targets. Identify, onboard, and nurture new brokers, agents, and channel partners. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners to ensure continued business growth. Drive sales through channel partners by planning regular engagement activities, meetings, and events. Ensure timely communication of project updates, offers, and pricing to partners. Monitor performance of channel partners and support them with training, marketing materials, and sales tools. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team for channel-driven campaigns, lead generation, and promotions. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare MIS/reports for management review. Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. --- Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3 + years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in Real Estate. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel management. Strong existing network of brokers and channel partners in the real estate industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and deliver results. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
