Job Overview

:

Channel Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

:
  1. Sales Target Achievement

    • Own and drive the sales targets for LAP products in the assigned region.

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and achieve revenue goals.

    • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure target fulfillment.

  2. Channel Partner Management

    • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as real estate agents, brokers, financial consultants, and independent agents.

    • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key partners to ensure a continuous pipeline of business.

    • Provide support to channel partners in terms of training, product knowledge, and sales materials.

  3. Sales Strategy Development

    • Create and implement local sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities to drive demand for LAP products.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional offers and campaigns to generate leads and enhance visibility.

  4. Training & Support

    • Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge needed to sell the LAP product effectively.

    • Assist partners in understanding the LAP product offerings, eligibility criteria, documentation, and loan processes.

    • Provide ongoing support to channel partners to resolve queries and help close deals.

  5. Market Analysis & Feedback

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential improvements to the LAP product.

    • Regularly assess the performance of channel partners and make recommendations for improvements.

  6. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

    • Work with partners to identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, events, and marketing campaigns.

    • Guide partners in customer engagement and closing deals for LAP loans.

    • Support the partners in the loan application process to ensure smooth and timely disbursements.

  7. Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure that all channel sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

    • Assist in the proper documentation of loan agreements, ensuring all compliance checks are completed.

    • Monitor the quality of leads and loan submissions from partners to minimize risk and default.

  8. Reporting & Analytics

    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

    • Monitor KPIs and other performance metrics to evaluate the success of channel sales strategies.

    • Provide actionable insights to improve performance and achieve sales targets.

  9. Relationship Building

    • Build long-term relationships with top-performing channel partners and ensure they are motivated to continue working with the company.

    • Regularly meet with partners to strengthen relationships, identify issues, and enhance collaboration.
