We are looking for experienced Field Collection Executives to manage and execute on-ground loan collection activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle field operations efficiently.
Conduct field visits to follow up on loan repayments from customers
Ensure timely recovery and maintain collection efficiency as per targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
Coordinate with internal teams for updates and reporting
Handle customer queries and disputes professionally
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan/EMI collections (experience in Banks/NBFCs preferred)
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
