Sales and Portfolio Management Achieve sales targets while ensuring best-in-class portfolio quality of the branch. Team Leadership Effectively lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to achieve their expected business targets. Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate Loan Officers. Hold daily morning and evening meetings with Loan Officers for planning and tracking projections. Branch Operations and Compliance Maintain branch registers, documents, and handle compliance, audit, legal, admin, and HR matters. Ensure all laid-down systems and processes are followed as stipulated by Senior Management. Staff Training and Development Identify training needs based on market trends and business opportunities. Ensure ongoing staff skill development and resource optimization. Guide team to improve First Time Right (FTR) and turnaround time (TAT). Customer Service and Branding Ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Maintain branch standards in alignment with brand values. Promote brand retention and recall among customers and non-customers. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline.
