Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area and Territory Collection Manager in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Area and Territory Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing loan collection processes, managing a team of collection executives, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. Responsibilities include developing collection strategies, resolving customer issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also involves analyzing collection performance, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory norms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in loan collections, recovery management, and customer relationship management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities to supervise and motivate collection teams
• Analytical skills to assess collection performance and prepare relevant reports
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the housing finance sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the housing finance or financial services industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
