Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Manager located in Jodhpur. The Customer Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in customer service and account management
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and resolve customer issues

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
