o Develop and generate business
o Leads follow up & systematic closure
o Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field
o Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping
o Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
o Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement
o Ensure the quality of cases for first six months
o Ensure collection of PDD documents
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in HL & LAP sales is mandatory
