Customer Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in this role, your main responsibility will be to develop and generate business for the company. You will be required to follow up on leads and ensure systematic closure. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of lending parameters and are able to apply them effectively in the field. Field visits for customer meetings, investigations, relationship building, and market mapping will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to follow up and ensure credit approval, complete documentation, and formalities related to pre and post disbursement. Quality control of cases for the first six months and collection of PDD documents will also fall under your duties.
