Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and offering tailored home loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet potential customers, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
Understand customers financial backgrounds and recommend appropriate home loan products
Conduct marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and expand customer base
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications
Handle loan collections and follow-up activities to ensure timely repayments
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector (home loans preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
