Cluster Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team and ensure that they are meeting the sales goals.
• Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfilment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
• Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them.
• Develop and Manage Branch Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region.
• Analyse and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager.
• Develop and execute the marketing strategies to increase the brand awareness and generate leads.
• Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management.
• Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
• Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing.
• Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
• Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-10 years of experience in a Bank or NBFC
• Minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience in Used Car segment
• Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners
• Experience of managing multiple branches with deep knowledge and understanding of the local market
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by RBI etc.
