Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 

  10 years of experience

   in the 

  Electrical industry

• At least 

  4 years of recent experience in the Wires business

• Graduation / Degree completed
• Strong working knowledge of the 

  entire South Kerala market

• Experience in handling retail and distribution-led businesses

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for house wires and other retail products
• Improve product reach and penetration across retail and wholesale markets
• Appoint and develop distributors, dealers, and retailers
• Track competitor movements and align sales strategies accordingly
• Roll out schemes and incentive programs to strengthen channel and electrician engagement
• Ensure credit discipline and timely collection of outstanding dues
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team in the cluster
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
• Support brand-building initiatives such as electrician meets, exhibitions, and local events
