1. Coordinate with foreign clients & marketing team for timely dispatch of goods.
2. Preparation of checklist list and file Shipping bills with knowledge about Export Incentives
3. Prepare Export invoice, Packing list and other import & Export documents 4. Followup with Factory, CHA & Shipping line for timely Dispatch of shipment
5. Coordinating with finance team for timely clerance of orders and credit approvals
6. Responsible for the handling client's enquiries regarding documentation, payment, and customs related support etc
7. Responsible for providing the best possible service to the client.
