Job Description:We are hiring Tele Collections Executives who will be responsible for following up with customers to recover pending EMIs or overdue loan amounts. This is a target-driven role in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue paymentsEducate customers about their due amount and repayment optionsMaintain follow-up records and update CRM systemsNegotiate and convince customers for timely paymentEnsure daily/monthly collection targets are metHandle customer queries politely and professionally

Good communication in English, Hindi Mandatory & regional languages
