Job Description

Tele Collections Executive (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B telephonic collections, drive recoveries through full payments, settlements, and installment plans, and maintain accurate CRM/call records
Follow up on delayed payments, broken commitments, and disputed accounts with structured escalation and resolution
Coordinate reconciliation activities, product returns, proof-of-delivery issues, and related documentation
Dispatch and manage field collection agents for customer-site visits and track visit outcomes to closure
Review call recordings/voice transcripts, ensure call quality, and support coaching or guidance to junior agents
Contribute to process improvements to enhance recovery rates, turnaround time, and customer experience

Candidate Requirements

3+ years of experience in
B2B tele collections / corporate receivables / credit control
Strong negotiation and communication skills with exposure to settlements and installment management
Fluent in
Hindi
(mandatory); familiarity with
Marathi and Gujarati
is a strong advantage
Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
Organized, target-driven, and curious to understand business workflows and improve outcomes

Preferred

Experience managing or supporting a small collections/call-center team
Exposure to call quality monitoring, voice transcript reviews, and agent coaching
